Our store is located in beautiful Ventura, California, in the Pacific View Mall. For the official address, please see above. At this time, we are not selling our inventory online. However, please contact us at (805) 650-0808 if you are interested in purchasing any of the pieces that you see. We ship nationally, and will be more than happy to accommodate any needs and requests directly.

What kind of warranty do you have?
Lifetime Diamond Bond Warranty Applicable to diamond jewelry only. WE GUARANTEE your diamond(s) against loss from mounting for life, at no cost to you, provided the following conditions have been met: 1. This diamond band must indicate a record of four to six month service inspections and be signed by an authorized representative. 2.The diamond(s) registered herein must not have been subject to unusual abuse or damage and prongs must be intact and not broken or bent. 3.Any repairs to the jewelry that are required to secure the stone must be paid for by the owner. 4. Care should be taken to protect the diamond(s), as no gemstone or diamond can be guaranteed from chipping or breaking. WE GUARANTEE lifetime cleaning and inspection at no charge. WE GUARANTEE that should you wish to trade in your diamond, we will allow its full purchase price providing you exchange your stone on an item which is twice the price of exchange.Trade-in not accepted on sale and discounted merchandise. If any of the stones are damaged, the trade-in allowance will be reduced. You must bring the original receipt with you for a trade-up. What is the return policy?
We accept merchandise for exchange only within 5 days of purchase. No refunds on purchases. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition and must be accompanied by receipt. Layaway deposits and payments are refundable as store credit only. Special orders, modified sized and/or custom pieces are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
